These classes are designed so that you never have to choose between flavor and healthy food! We create simple and healthy meals that are DELICIOUS and designed to fit into your lifestyle. Each participant will get an email with the grocery list and recipes after signing up. All you need to do is show up with the items on the list, put on some music, pour your drink of choice and follow along as we (virtually) cook together!
